The brief was to turn a tired looking and very conservative security company into a young, vibrant and innovative business with a clear value proposition and defined differentiators.
Having already had experience in the Cyber security industry with a blue chip we were perfectly positioned to elevate a fast moving and agile SME in the same space.
Gaining an in-depth understanding of the business and its people over several creative & fun workshops we went about building the value proposition and creating a full marketing & communications plan to include marketing, capture, pursuit, sales and after sales as well as providing bid, sales & marketing teams with a complete asset library.
